A little about me

I'm a writer, editor and sometimes designer living in Southeastern Massachusetts. Currently, I work for The Standard-Times and SouthCoastToday.com in New Bedford, Mass., as a content producer, web reporter and videographer by day. In my own time, I write and create graphics and other odds and ends.

Writing: I've had much of my work published in The Standard-Times and Static and Feedback, an online music magazine where I also serve as editor and webmaster. I run a baseball blog, Saves and Shutouts, and last season I covered the Boston Bruins for RantSports.com.

Editing: Beyond my current duties at The Standard-Times and Static and Feedback, I was previously the Content Manager for Dynamic Page Solutions, an SEO company in Mesa, Ariz., and an Associate Editor with Gannett Pacific Publications in Phoenix, Ariz. I've also worked on several Web sites, serving as editor, writer and content manager variously.

Design: I currently create graphics on request and to keep myself sharp, and those can be found in the Design section. In a previous life, I was a night editor and page designer at The Standard-Times. I've also designed a few Web sites.

I'm an avid record collector, and I dabble in musicianship. When I'm not taking a record for a spin on the turntable, I'm noodling on the guitar, bass or harmonica, or doing my best to impersonate The Who.
